Eggs pipped internally 6 days early and now it is turning grey!

I understand. As long as there wasn't a smell you should be fine. It's okay to leave it in there but can possibly cause bacteria to build up if the egg is rotten.

Okay, I have another question.what humidity should the incubator be at now?
I have it at 65% and there is some condensation. Should it be any higher?
I've heard some people suggested 80%

So I carefully opened the egg in question.
The duckling had it's foot puncturing the yolk sack and was bleeding through the navel with intestines pulled out. It was dead upon opening

Well one started pipping opposite the aircelll, and the membrane was DRY and she couldn't break through, so icarefully peeled it back so she could breathe.
Some of the membrane was a weird brown sludge, is that normal?
And unfortunately my dog knocked the incubator so the shell broke off the bottom of one egg exposing the membrane and blood vessels, but only the shell fell off, not the membrane. I put some vassaline on it and wrapped it in a moist paper towel. I don't know what else to do! Any ideas?
The final egg started smelling , and I did an eggtopsy. The chick had not gotten all of her beak into the air cell, had absorbed all of her yolk, BUT she had green veins and the yolk was green.
Did she get blood poisoning from an infected yolk?

The brown sludge is drying blood mixed with yolk and possibly the ducklings poo. It's completely normal when incubating duck eggs. You can try to peel back the membrane but don't rip it.

This is what I am looking at right now.
