Eight Week Old Rooster Pullet

Boy. He looks almost like my friends' partridge plymouth rock.

He kind of looks like a barnevelder rooster as well tho... They sell both

Here's Lil Monkey today. I'm honestly no longer convinced he's a partridge plymouth. His neck just seems too light. Could it just be a screw up in color patterning by Hoover? Is it likely he's a different breed? Is he just a welsummer rooster?

He's a welsummer rooster for sure (a mean one at that). And yes!

Not if I can help it. I think we should give him a frilly collar to make him feel kinda stupid but nah we won't get rid of him. We have two other roosters who have been pretty nice (so far at least). Wish Lil Monkey could be more like them... I guess there's always a chance that if we hadn't had Lil Monkey, one of the others would have just ended up the mean one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
