Emergency sick chick. Please help!!!

My chick is a few days old and she has been really lethargic and won’t eat. She either spits it out of shakes her head to get the food out of her mouth. I have to give her water through a dropper. Could she have brooder pneumonia?? She rubs her nose on the bedding a lot but her nose is clear. She has been pooping with white and green

Give her warm sugar water with a few drops of Poultry Nutri-drench in it. Give a few drops every hour all day today.
