Honey is not participating in poultry guarding at all. When going out she relieves herself and drinks a lot. She has not been seen consuming feed or dead stuff like what a pesky owl is working on. She must still be drawing down the tissues expanded to support pregnancy. Pups doing well.
 
Very nice color variations...our breeder called the brindle appearing ones 'shaded sable'. It is a very attractive color on the mature dogs.
Ben (sire) is of the shaded sable color type. Looks like the black and tan pup is actually black and shaded sable. I do not recall seeing that color pattern in a dog.
