oh and...not gaining weight? well....just wait until your 3rd trimester....lol...kelsey can back me up here.....the hunger strikes and I am so hungry I dont even care how much weight I gain, I am just trying to keep from throwing up from hunger. you will be fine.
dont let other people get you worried, you have enough on your mind. just try to bruch those thoughts away

Sooooooo 8am, when Algo was checking in to have her wonderful baby - I WAS HAVING MY FIRST ULTRASOUND! ever.

Luckily they told me wrong when I went in for my first appointment, I didn't have to have my ultrasound vaginally

She plopped me on the table and went to town with her little doo-dad on my tummy

Found out that the heart rate was 165 or 167 (which I don't know if that's average or not, but she made no fuss over it). I'm really a week and some change behind what they thought I was, so instead of being 10 weeks I'm now 8 weeks and 5 days (which puts me at an estimated due date of November 5th, but they will tell me for sure on April 7th) - And gives me a few more weeks to enjoy my beloved morning sickness

I've still been in the "I'm really pregnant? This isn't a joke, right? You're really serious?" mind set - DH has been jokingly messing with me about it and today he went with me to the ultrasound and the first thing out of his mouth when we left... "So little Miss 'I'm really pregnant?!?' how do you explain that one? ..Your cereal didn't have a heartbeat"

...I love that man.

I guess you are pregnant! but what kind of cereal did you have? how does he know it didn't have a heartbeat?

that's a fine heartrate...no worries

I love to look at my DH, real serious like and say...honey (pause) I think I am pregnant. we both get a kick out of it.

Good Luck Today algopurple! Not sure what time zone you are in, but either you just had the baby, or your prepping. Can't wait to see your little guy!
