stage! It just doesn't feel like it's really sinking in yet - Although it has for DH, all smiles this morning! Between the both of us, I think we're going to be running in the door of the doctor's office on Thursday morning!

Congratulations!!! Don't feel too bad. I am almost 14 weeks and it still hasn't really set in for me yet. I've got my spare bedroom cleaned out, even have all the paint bought for the nursery. Seen the doctor twice, had an ultrasound and everything.. Yet I still feel like I need to pee on a stick... My DH has been smiling since we found out back in January. I swear his face is going to stick like that.. He's been bugging me about names already too! He's pitiful...

You are lucky!! I tested positive on Sunday January 9th. On Monday I woke up to a foot of snow. So the doctors office was closed until Thursday when the snow finally melted. So I call on Thursday to make my appointment and they set the appointment for February 3rd... OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I thought I would surely die in 3 1/2 weeks.. I know it's going to be hard for you to make it.. But if I survived 3 1/2 weeks.. I have faith that you can last 4 days!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

So for those of you who are finding out the sex of your baby--when does this happen? I'm at 16 weeks now and my friend who had her baby last year said the doctor told her at 16 weeks (ultrasound) that he was 80% it was a boy. At 22 weeks she had another ultrasound that confirmed that...but most of what I'm reading online says 20 weeks for the sex...

My doc looked at 15 weeks, but couldn't tell. So we found out for sure at 19 weeks. Most doctors check between 18 and 20 weeks.

Hmmm....well, I have my appointment tomorrow morning so I'll ask....I don't think it's an ultrasound but they never tell me anyway. I just am surprised every time I go in. Which is probably best because I HATE the blood draw (they can ever find a vein on me!) but don't mind peeing in a cup. LOL
