Ack, I hate the cervix trampoline game. With two now, Rufus likes to use my bladder as a soccer ball while Reginald things my ribs need a good kick also. Worthless children. Only good thing is by the time they are big enough to actually HURT vs the "ow, that's annoying" level, they won't have the room to kick my ribs.

My baby's been doing that for a few weeks now....BAD.

My ribs are also killing me--but just below my armpit on the left side. I'm not that far along for her to be kicking me in the ribs...but my doctor says it's probably from everything stretching/moving around. I broke some ribs a few years back and it's the in the same spot as the ones that were broke.

My BIG appointment is THIS THURSDAY in Spokane. I am trying really hard to be optimistic and positive....but I am really stressed.

my gripe for the week....OUCH! walking has become a painful event, oh and standing. I may have to leave work early if this keeps up. It was so bad last night I could barely walk. once again, idk if they are contractions or just cramps but It sucks. I hope this means he is coming sooner than later!

Well, last night I thought I would be getting my epidural by this time this morning, but sadly not yet. I had about an hour of pms like cramps, then 4 hours of increasingly painful contractions that were 8-10 minutes apart. Called labor and Delivery at 11:30 pm, they said it's not uncommon for contractions to increase in the evening, then stop by the morning, so she told me to try to rest and if they get closer or presist, to feel free to come in and get checked. So I layed down, but the back pain of contractions was too much so I got up after a half hour. The last bad contraction was at 12:26, then got just a couple little ones, so I went to bed by 1am, and although I had lower back ache off and on all night, it wasn't bad, so the nurse was right, and now I'm dissapointed

And very sleepy after only 5 hours sleep before work...

I hope this at least means real labor will start soon

Congrats to all the new mommies! I'm six months along with my second little girl. Due 8/8 but will likely go a week early. Experiencing every symptom in the book, but things are going well so far. I can't wait to meet her!
