Thanks guys!!! I took test #2 and it was positive, also. Yay!!!!! All set up with the midwife/doctor's office for the 8 week visit in July. This will be #3 for us. How many people tell family right away? We did with the other two, but thinking of waiting to tell with this one. I had a miscarriage before getting pregnant with DD #2.

Kinda can't believe that I'm pregnant. Tried for about four months almost a year ago. Decided to stop trying. Then we decided we wouldn't becareful because it didn't matter what happened. So funny because both the other kids were planned and this one was "kinda" planned. Hehe!

We waited until our first confirmed u/s (at 9 wks) when we were given a less than 5% chance of m/c. We had a m/c in the fall (before the 8-10w u/s) & didn't tell anyone before. I guess we never wanted to jinx it. Close friends about 10-12wk then anyone who wanted to know & those who didn't at 13wk.

I've been feeling Baby off & on since 13.5wk and consistently since 16wk but today I was going to listen to his heartbeat with the doppler and saw him moving my abdomen with his kicks!!

I'm sure I could've seen earlier but only had been feeling the kicks, not looking at my bulging belly. Won't be long til he's playing the rib xylophone but right now it's still so grand. Yippee!

Baby girl is all over the place, and last night at Grandma's wake, I think everyone and their brother's Uncle tried to pet my stomach! My cousin's wife was tickled pink when she saw my belly rolling with Baby Girl's movement.

I got so tired of being "felt" that i finally said, "Yes, I'm pregnant, it's a girl, NO you cannot touch!"

Everyone laughed - except me lol

I was just tired, cranky, and tired....and after the first 30 or so people had rubbed my belly, I. was. done.
