SpringChickens - I am in love with your pictures!

And the second one is adorable!
PitterPatterPalace - What classes are you taking? I will be 30 weeks on Friday... we got a late start to them as well!

GFF - I can relate! Although thankfully not as severe as Ms.FB! Still not a pleasing feeling though! The few days she's been fascinated with my rib cage. It literally feels like she is trying to squish her whole body up in between them! Painful! Although looking back now, yesterday's experience was kind of funny.. she was so jammed up in there it felt like my ribs were being cracked open, but being so far up there she was squishing on my lungs too, so I couldn't hardly breathe! It was one of those "well crap" moments that I couldn't help but laugh

Too funny! I always feel like my little guy is playing soccer with my ovaries! He is always SOOOO LOW. It can be quite painful already at 29 weeks so I am sure I am in for more fun for the next few months!

I also started on some classes...I already did an Infant Preparation Class, still have a Breast feeding class, and an Infant CPR/Car Seat Safety Class. My OBGYN said to pass on the Childbirth one unless I was planning an all natural birth. She said they would go over everything and coach me so I said ok!

Those classes always make things seem more real! I would always look forward to those just because it meant that the time was getting close! Although right now, 29 weeks seems like a long time ago!

I am 12.5 weeks now, do you all recommend I wait a while before starting these classes? Mostly for fear that I'll forget it all by the end?

I would wait. I had a friend who took her classes at 20 wks and she wished she had waited until she was 30 wks. We pushed it a little close. I missed my last class because I was having early contractions and we thought we might be in labor. Just found out yesterday that we're expecting our second. Still very early but we're extremely excited! Thinking we're going to do a homebirth this time around!

We found some yoga/natural way to birth classes in Portland quite easily. There's all sorts of info out there. There's the Bradley method which is also another natural birthing class and then most hospitals offer classes I believe.

And thanks!

It was a surprise but only a few months earlier than we were expecting to start trying! Looks like I'll be going on our second honeymoon with a passenger on board! South of France and Italy cuisine! This kids going to be super spoiled before it's even born!
