Sorry they stopped.

We have our babysitter all lined up and it's going to absolutely break my heart to have to entrust someone else to watch my child while I'm at work.

I'm having to return to work November 1st because we cannot afford for me to stay home until December 6th like we'd originally planned.

Even WITH "good" health insurance, we're still up to $6,500 that I owe in medical bills and that's only the part of it--we're still getting statements and EOB's from the two different doctors and two different hospitals.

I am seriously considering going back to school and getting my master's in elementary education. My DH is doing an 18-month program for his MBA and I'm thinking I'll get my master's after he does....he'll get a $6k per year raise as soon as he's done.

The elementary school here is losing five teachers in the next six years to retirement. If I chose that path, it would mean a $15-$20k per year raise from what I'm earning now, the same health/dental/vision benefits, PLUS all of that time off to be with my family.

PLUS, I'd be done with work around 2:30 every day....DH was like--you'd read, color, teach them about the Pilgrims and stuff, LOL

I'm very tempted....

Sweet little baby, RFF!

I've drank my 32oz of water and have to pee! The ultrasound is one hour away! Soooo excited! I've been waiting for this day. Send me some full frontal vibes!! : ) Please & thank you!

RFF - Poor baby girl ((and certainly you))

I'm sure her new "schedule" has been rather trying on the both of you! Hopefully she'll realize staying up isn't all it's cracked up to be, soon, at least for your sanity
lol.png
I might add, I love her smiley pictures! She is just too dang cute! And I'm sorry to hear about having to go back to work so soon

But boy, won't that be awesome for your cute little family if you and DH both get your masters!

ChikeeMomma - Fingers are certainly crossed that you get the perfect picture of that little love!

Update on my end - So I think everyone saying that I’m going to have her early has jinxed me. I’m 37 weeks and 3 days today. Still 3 cm dilated, but now 75% effaced – which means nothing since an extra 5% isn’t crap. Her heart rate started off at 140 when the Doctor put the Doppler on me to find her and then it went up to 153 by the end – Doctor chuckled and made the comment that she didn’t like her

Go figure.

Measurements, blood pressure and weight are where they should be. Doctor said that she was still sitting high. Also mentioned that she was probably going to be small – maybe sitting at 5lb 15oz to 6lbs at this point – but she said it’s only a guess, of course. And I should expect more false labor.

Next appointment is on 10/24/2011, and then the “last” one will be on 11/3/2011 – we’ll see how much longer after that she keeps the idea she should stick around. But at the rate we’re going ((SLOW)) I should be able to get to the fair no problem!

Talk about a heart break if I have to miss fair food, all the animals and agricultural shows!

It's a BOY!!!! Hehe.......I thought it was another girl since I felt the same as I did with the girls. We are excited! He was not shy at all. So funny! Our other two took a little time to get a good view of the gender. DD#1 kept her legs crossed until the last moment. DD#2 was so hyper in utero that it took the tech a little while to get a good look. This little guy made it known from the get go. He was kinda laid back about the whole thing.

I'm probably actually due a week and a half ahead of schedule, but my midwife said just to keep the due date the same. She said I'll go early anyways since I have with the other two. Exciting!!!!
