Fake bobtail color?

I found some colors similar to bobtail in some local breeds. Obviously, they are not bobtail. They have white tails, the same color for both male and female. This color comes from dominant white. Who knows what gene it is?

That is a TOTALLY stunning bird!
It is..

That bird in particular, it's phenotype could be explain by recessive mottling, faint but visible on the blue section, the white feathers on the tail and flight feathers are also explainable by mottling itself. The white hackle it's harder to explain(Birchen Hackles are much darker)

It made me think of a dove, though I don't know of any doves with that actual coloration.

I *think* I remember seeing a pied cockatiel with a light body and dark wings once.

Where are you from? Here are some possibilities:
-it is probably caused by a gene on the recessive white locus, like bobtail or opal (as in Old English Games)
-it could be either one of those genes but on a different e base pattern. Bobtails are on the birchen base but the males look radically different from how I think a birchen bird should look. Who knows what it would look like on other bases? I’m not sure what base opal is on. Birchen? Duckwing?
-it could be one of those genes but not selected for perfect coloring or all the variation is due to different bases from bird to bird.
-it could be a different mutation of the c (recessive white) locus that popped up in your country.

Thank you for your reply. I'm in China. Since Bobtail Cochin came here, you have found that this local breed is very similar, but I am sure they are not a gene.
Trying to keep this feather color. But I think it should have more to do with dominant white.
