Favorite Breeds of Birds?

Hi! Just out of curiosity, I decided to start this thread. What are your favorite breeds for chickens? Any breeds are fine, bantams or standards. You can also say what your favorite breeds are for other birds, such as ducks, pheasants, turkeys, quail, etc. Just make sure you clarify that they're other species of birds!

I look forward to hearing all of the different breeds!


(This is a repost, since I didn't get many answers before. I guess I'll add some of my favorites. I have so many breeds I love it'll take a long time to write all of them down, so here's just several:
Chickens: Bielefelders {I love the roosters of that breed}, Black Australorps, Easter Eggers, and silkies.

Chickens:
Chanteclers, all varieties
OEGBs, spangled in particular
Ameraucanas, blue

Ducks:
Ancona, black variety
Welsh Harlequin, silver and gold

Quail:
Coturnix, all varieties

Guineas:
Dead guineas are the only good guineas, but I think the lavender variety is sorta purty.

Wow, a lot of cool breeds I haven't heard before!
