The egg just has the one pip. From my last hatch, it can take a long time to zip. I think I heard a chirp earlier though....

Woke up this morning and I heard a little chirping from that one egg that is wrong end pipped. The whole is a little bigger so we will see.... I was unable to take pictures prior to leaving for work. I should get home by 2 this afternoon. I will see how things are going then. I will take some pics and post at that time.

Got home and the little mixed up chick is now out of the egg!!

I took a pic but my wife is sleeping in the room I need to down load it in with the 2 month old and told me now to wake her for any reason...

I do have another egg with a pip. It is one of the Marans.

That is all for now. I will take pics and get them on here after 5pm....

Here is the pic of Fay's BLR Wyandotte. The first egg to hatch out of this batch. One Marans is piped.

What color is it going to be??? BLR or Splash??.. Can you tell at this stage?
