Feather pulling

My chickens have a very bad habit of pulling out each other's feathers in the neck area. I though maybe it was just winter boredom but now it's spring and they're outside a lot more and they're still pulling feathers.

I've sprinkled meal worms for them to peck at, gave them a flock block, sprouts and dried corn on the cobs.

I'm not sure what else to do to prevent this and I would greatly appreciate it if anyone has any tips, thanks!

I had the WORST time with picking a year or so ago and nothing seemed to help. I'm still not sure what stopped it, but here is what I tried.
Adding a tablespoon of salt one gallon of water seemed to help a little.
Make sure your feed is high enough in protein. 18% is good.
Make sure they have enough room.

The thing that I think did the trick for mine was adding a feed supplement called, "Omega-3 Egg Maker". This really really helped and now my birds are happy healthy and shiny! :)
