jp and gape, still hatching? gape, I agree, they will make their appearance, in their own due time..not ours. Darn little stinks!
My Crispy is still hanging in there. Crispy for a name, folks are going to think I'm looking forward to something down the road when she's older!

NOT!

When my very first egg hatched it pipped and sat for a long time. Then Someone started vacuuming and all of a sudden the chick started to zip. It was so funny, it was like be was saying "alright already I'll come out!"

refamat..your babies..picture overload..and one of my miracle baby. So far so good with the little crispy baby as I call her.

Group shot

Fluffy faces coming up

I really like the markings on this one.

Here's my little crispy baby fighting for it's life. I have a feeling it's going to make it. You
can see how gooy it was in that shell. All dried on the baby. When it is up and running,
:p..I will wash that off.

I had a crispy baby too - I gave her a bath - two of them actually - she's doing so much better now! I second the whole "wash her in warm water" thing.........I think that really saved Olga's life......

I have five!! (One has been working since 8am...she seems lethargic. Number 4 tore her last bit of umbilical cord bc she wouldn't stay still and she bled a tiny spotty bit from it. I STILL have 19 (who piped yesterday at 7am) still pipped and unhatched :( I have three big wiggles!!

Problem chick day.for us all looks like

...My mixed mutts that started to hatch before i put them in lock down all popped out and wild indians but # 5 of 6 eggs was last hatching well then almost all zipped the others got up on the egg carton and sat on him a few times.LAID on him too!
The others may be sticky but dont look dry ...anyway couldnt take them out then..After then got on his egg about 4 times and laid on him he didnt do much so i popped him out a little bit ago.
HE was laying feet up head down in the egg.one foot out.
He didnt seem alive but then moved a little . Dont know if he will recover or not He was breathing.
Hope i didnt mess up my good Lav Am eggs getting him out.
Day 20 for them.
The mutts were standing on them and rolling the Am eggs around like they were circus seals on balls Those eggs have had a rough go.

Edit;
#5 is moving peeping and hiding ..so maybe ok I took the others out they are a little sticky but dry screaming their little heads off.
They are the ugliest little things i ever saw. Almost cute.Only good one is the fluffy first one .
These are All legs and bitzy bodys guess its b/c they are sticky but i have had stickies before and these are not the worst sticky but the worst. looking.!

I would check 19 since it's been 24 hours without zipping. Do it in a STEAMY bathroom though as to not affect the other eggs. Follow Sally Sunshine's guide to see if it's ready or not and how to help.

Ok, two are zipping and one of them is the Buff Brahma!

Three have pipped, one of which is the thick/colored shell I never could see into. I can't wait for these little ones to get their act together and hatch already!

It has made a tiny bit of movement since I took a shower. Will help if not out by 9:30
