February 2022 Hatch-A-Long

I rechecked the eggs I set that are due to hatch on the 14th I removed 1 more egg so I am down to 5 eggs for that group.
On the ones due to hatch on the 17th, I removed 3 making that group 10 eggs. 2 of the eggs had blood rings.

Little injured check was not doing too great this morning, so I made the tough decision to cull her. Difficult, but she could not eat on her own and her knee joint was exposed when we checked the bandage early this morning.
On a positive note I have 4 out of 9 hatched so far out of the Feb 8/Feb 9 hatch. Looks like two are DIS and the other 3 are still working on getting out of the shells.
