feedstore chicks w/little blood in poop?

Is a little blood in the poop normal from all the stress they go through or should I be concerned? I have never bought any before so I have no idea....

No, it's not normal to see blood in poop; it's typically Cocci, but that typically also presents with lethargy...do they act normal?
