I am just using 47 11 6 which starts small at the bottom(3" x 6) and then opens up to a 6 x 6 by the top 3 runs. my ducks could push through if they worked at it. the geese couldn't after they were about 6 weeks. the trick here is they have to learn the pen is the safe zone. my dog makes sure of that

No, it won't. Geese (and ducks and chickens) are largely insulated from electric shocks by their feathers.

ETA: I also wouldn't count on electric strands at those heights keeping fox out.
