If you let him walk around the house, you'll also be picking up poop every half hour or so. Some poops will be cecal, which are very smelly and wet. Check out chicken diapers, if you have them there. Otherwise, keeping him in a cage is not good for him. He will want to scratch in the dirt, and take dust baths!

Okay, I think that is because the weather is a bit cold right? In Malaysia it's summer 24/7 and the temp outside can reach about 35+ degrees Celsius, so he should be fine I suppose.

Also here's a question: When can I begin to train my chicken to fly? I heard some that begin flying at a week, should I begin there?

Oh and something I forgot to mention is that I have another rooster that's only about 3 months around there, can Alex be his friend or will they fight? (The big rooster is named Skipper)

Thats great! They wont fight as long as you don't have nay hens. Make sure to look into integration. You will need to keep them in a see no tough pen for a couple of weeks before putting them together.
I'm not sure you'll need to train him to fly. He'll fly all on his own. Not sure that he'll fly like your expecting though. Chickens are very large birds and aren't built to fly through the sky like other birds. They can fly very very short stents, like over the fence, or a few seconds off the ground to escape bully chickens or predators. But they aren't built to soar like song birds, or hawks and such.
