First time hatching experiencing difficulties!

So you've seen the external pip for over 24 hours and it's possibly been longer? From your description it sounds like she may be shrink wrapped. This article has some graphic images but it has information on assisting. I can also walk you through it.

She has plenty of space and is kicking around in the membrane which is why I'm confused. Could it be that the shell is too thick? Yes it has be 48+ hours since the first external pip

If she's not shrink wrapped then just give her time to do her thing. Are you able to take a picture and post it here?

Yes I will post shortly when I open incubator again I want to give her some more time with the humidity and see how she does.

Hmm, 48 hours since an external pip still sounds extremely long. Something is up. I would get a q-tip and some coconut oil and apply it to the exposed membrane, avoiding where her beak has penetrated because you don't want to suffocate her. Once you lightly put on the coconut oil it will make the membrane transparent and you should be able to see if she still has blood to absorb. A picture would be very helpful so we know what you're looking at though. I don't want to tell you to do the wrong thing...

Is she making yawning motions? Have you read this?https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/step-by-step-guide-to-assisted-hatching.64660/ It is probably shrink wrapped. What has your humidity been? Calibrated thermometer and hydrometer?
Do you have another chick to raise it with? You can't just raise one. Sorry about all of the questions, but they will help us to figure out how to best help you.

There were 2 others originally, but they were not fertilized so i had to get rid of those and was away for a week so i didn't have time to gather + incubates others. This was a lucky egg as I have a bantam roo and larger hens I didn't think it would actually work so now I am in shock.

That membrane is very very dry on top and is likely glued to the chick which is why she can't get out. apply a little coconut oil or warm water to make sure there aren't any blood vessel still being absorbed but I'm almost certain this chick is stuck.

I applied coconut oil, it is really hard there and is definatly stuck to the chick. I just exposed this hole by her foot do you think she can break out here?

Once coconut oil is applied, this is what blood vessels would look like before they're absorbed. I always offer advice cautiously because I don't have my hands on yours so there could be something I can't see but I'm almost positive that she's more than ready to come out and just needs some assistance. If you see bleeding stop, apply light pressure to the bleed and wait longer. Just proceed gently and slowly.

Yes, no blood at all. You can peel back the membrane carefully. Your caution is more so because the little one may have her delicate wing stuck in an odd position from the dry membrane You're doing great!
