nope, but i never had to do with waterfowl. here's what my bator's instructions say about it:

9.4 - Incubation of palmiped eggs (goose, duck, etc.) From the tenth day of incubation to the last three days before hatching, open the incubator once a day and let the eggs cool down for 15/20 minutes. Before repositioning the cover plate spray a thin layer of drinking water. ATTENTION: NEVER MOISTEN THE EGGS WHEN THEY ARE STILL WARM, WAIT FOR THEM TO COOL DOWN. During this operation, the two electrical containers, both power supply and egg turning unit, must be disconnected.

So, in the end I might be getting some more goose eggs to put under my broody goose today, not sure how it will go as I've never had any broody birds, but I found a farm that will sell them for cheap in my area

Well, just came back from that place, they have no goose eggs , just goslings. I was actually thinking about giving her the ones that will hatch in the incubator but I am too scared she will either abandon them or the chickens will peck at them and kill them

You could try it and see...just stay close by. Is there a way to separate the broody from the chickens?

Not without cutting her access to the outside and water pond, beside she would barely have space to walk around :/
