First time hatching in a homemade bator!!

I checked all night...and nothing!! No early birds!! No pips!! No nothin!! Starting to wonder where I might have went wrong!! But I guess from things I've read I can't count them out yet...cause it will be exactly 3weeks this evening so still crossing my fingers!! I've heard it could possible even be a couple days later than actual hatch day (day21)!! True???

Yeah it's a bit touchy to keep it in range but for the most part I can keep it at 100. Reason it was at 115 is cause of my 2 year old son watching me and decided to help daddy...when daddy wasn't around!! But no don't have to adjust very often it holds it's own for the most part.
I wish you luck!! If the temp got up to 115 or even 105 for a while---long enough that the internal temp in the egg got up several degree's----you probably lost them. BUT time will tell and yes eggs can go several days longer if the temp stayed a little to low during the incubation.

Well ____ !!!! I'll let y'all fill in the blank!! I'm hoping they might just be a lil late!!

Correct me if I'm wrong but when I go into lockdown tomorrow night I need to maintain 60-70% humidity? And 102 degrees? Still air bator by the way! Just don't want to screw it up since I've came this far with it! Everything looks like I'm on track when I candled last!

Humidity actually rises on its own after several chick begin hatching. I keep mine around 60% last two days, because it will jump up when hatching occurs.

Not hearing anything or seeing anything! I think I've lost 'em!!

but I'll keep waiting till maybe wed night maybe!
While you are waiting-----do you have vent holes in your incubator? If so where, about what size and how many?
