Yes !!!

That sounds like your humidity was actually too low, then - I would definitely be double checking the humidity with a hygrometer and not trusting the built in on the incubator.

It does look a little dry, I do see where the membrane is turning yellow. That could indicate possible shrinkwrapping. How long has it been since you put the safety hole in the egg? You may need to move to the next step of the assist. I can't remember, did I post this article for you?
