Flashing humidity on incubator

Hi! I've set up this 96 egg incubator (cheap Chinese one) and the alarm keeps going off. The humidity keeps flashing too. Temp is flashing occasionally but only going up and down by .1 degrees. Any help would be appreciated please!

You don't have the manual anymore or it doesn't have a troubleshooting section in it? I have a different brand (NR360) and just realized we have to hold down a particular key for a few seconds to change the days when the egg turner turns, as it wasn't turning the eggs.

What's the brand? Perhaps there are YouTubes on how to troubleshoot it too.
