Fluid filled crop help please!

We went away for the weekend and had to have our closest couple friends come take care of our ducks. I had to warn them that it is completely normal for my piggy ducks to have the right side of their chest look like an inflated balloon after they eat their treats. I didn't want 100 texts asking if they did something wrong or if my ducks were dying.

I remember the first time I saw our Rouen female with a full crop. I freaked out, researched and then felt sheepish.

One of my babies is like this, what does it mean? Please help! Its one of my babies that has leg problems too.
