Foamy poop in month old chicken

If the chick looks alert and is eating and drinking well, it might not be necessary. But if she changes at all, you can do what you feel like. You said you were using a heat plate, so it may well be a bit too warm with with 75-80 degrees F. 70-72 might be better.

Thanks so much that’s very helpful info!! I’ll turn down the heater and just keep a close eye on her!
