Had another Pizza Marathon. Here is a unique/unusual pizza style creation.
Starting with whole wheat thin pizza dough crust.

The base sauce is Plain Greek Yogurt, Feta cheese, some dill.

Toppings;; Cooked Atlantic Salmon, Spinach, Red onions, Capers,

Cheese was a combo of Provolone, Muenster, and Fresh grated Parmesan.

First finished product.......

This was a first time for this combination ...... and it tasted GOOOOOOOOD.
This was followed by 4 other regular (each different ingredient combos) pizzas that we make. Don't have all the pix, but here are some.
Standard Sausage.

This one with prosciutto, and arugula,

Deep dish non meat,,,

We ALL ate like BANDITS,,,, ,,,,,, YES, I ALWAYS WEAR STRETCH JOGGING CLOTHES WHEN THESE FEASTS ARE OCCURRING.

My granddaughter had supper with us tonight, so I made her favorite meal. Chicken & rice with buttered carrots and cornbread.

Good thing about this recipe? Most people have all the ingredients already in their pantry. As you can tell, I go cheap except for my salt & butter. Gotta love that Kerrygold!

Best thing? It's so YUM! I ate this when I was a kid. I'm hoping my granddaughter will make it for her grandkids.
