Found a baby pigeon, please help.

No, This morning he refused the corn again as well. I've watched a few videos to try and understand how to do the pinch beak method of feeding but he manages to worm his way out of it most times. All I've been able to get in him is some soggy oats/chia seeds and a bit of water..absolutely hates the corn or anything remotely that big.

Have you put some small seeds(with grit) and water out to see if he will eat on his own? Check inside his mouth to be sure its healthy pink - no yellow canker. Otherwise I can only say I've always been able to force feed the thawed soft peas - maybe get someone to help you hold him? I would not feed the popcorn unless he is getting grit.

Young birds usually start with small seeds and work their way up to the larger peas and corn, at least in my loft.
This bird looks pretty well developed and in a perfect world should be easy to sustain on thawed soft green peas while presenting, ie peck at them with your finger to get his attention, some scattered seeds for him to play with as he learns to eat them. At this stage I mix some grit into the seeds.

I have given him a small water bottle with a hole cut into it, But I doubt he is drinking or eating on his own. We have no real seeds at my house or grit..the most we have food wise for him is oats, chia seeds, and that corn (which I will stop giving him that you.) I will grab some peas by today. Still he refuses really opening his mouth or swallowing anything.

Edit: My father just bought some frozen peas. I'll try those soon

I don't really know a thing about baby pigeons, I just assumed the corn kernels may not be good especially if he doesn't have grit.

I hope you are able to get him to eat.

The best part about the thawed peas is they have enough water in them so you dont have to give water separately. Just soak them in some hot water till they are soft and feed them at room temp. After you get the first few in him he should be eager to eat more. Unless for some reason he is very dehydrated - are his eyes bright and shiny?

I'm not sure since I dont have a reference to go off of but I would assume he is not dehydrated, I find more success in getting him to drink rather than eat. That being said he is very alert, Tries to flap and run around the bathroom whenever I pick him up before he settles. I am a bit more concerned about food and heating..we do not own heating pads and our house tends to be pretty cold. Due to my cats and dogs I'm keeping him in a bathroom. So far I've been keeping him warm by heating a bottle of water and wrapping it in a towel. Is this enough or should I try and find a space heater?

If he is alert and flapping around I don't think he is cold. He has enough feathers to keep warm I believe.

Thank you! You've all been helpful so far. He's still eating oats at the moment but tonight we will hopefully have some peas. Little guy just wont open his mouth for anything besides drinking when he wants to. Would the bag trick work for feeding if the pinch beak tactic isn't?
