Found missing hen, shes weak

I had one of my hens missing for about a week, I thought something ate her. Turns out a neighbor kid let her out and she has been on her own. I found her today. She is very skinny and cant walk very well. She is very dirty and soiled.
What can I do to get her strength back up?
I have her inside the basement right now.

Scrambled eggs, STAT!!

You can also give her oatmeal, raisins, mashed potatoes, etc.

I think I would also get some fruit yogurt or yogurt with honey into her first, as the blood sugar boost will be important.

Once she's had a chance to feel warm and safe, she'll clean herself up.

Thank Heaven she didn't get eaten!!!

Lucky girl!! if you have polyvisol vitamins i'd add a few drops to her water to help her with anemia caused by stress

Im so glad she didnt get ate either.
She is super skinny and very weak. I have scrambeld eggs cooling for her now.
