I agree not fowl poxIt looks more like a tumor than fowl pox. Time will tell. Literally. Cancer will get larger, pox will shrink and clear up. Absence of crusty scabs point to a tumor.

Thanks Eggcessive. Not knowing the baby's weight I was hesitant to guess.In this post 11 it says to give Amoxicillin 125 mg per Kg (or every 2.2 pounds) twice a day. I would treat for 7-10 days.
