Put the rooster with the pullets,just him alone.Maybe you will get a good result.I usually integrate males before hens.

Yes, my hens get very nervous if they get separated from him. They will hurt themselves trying to get to him, which is really crazy stupid. They hurt themselves thinking that they will get hurt without him there. But they are bird brains.
