Yep, I don't mind mowing grass. That's my quiet time. Farmers around here were having to have hay shipped in a few years ago it got so bad.

Totally different subject for just a moment...
Some of you may be interested to hear that I'm strongly considering (as in, I'm going to) making candy (mostly fudge) for Easter. If anyone finds that very interesting, go ahead and PM me so we don't turn the Frog into advertisingProceeds will go towards going through the hoops needed to allow me to get the licensing to sell at farmer's markets and craft fairs and such (selling to retail establishments requires a commercial kitchen, and we're not going to go that route quite yet).
Oh, and as long as I'm on this bit of topic drift, what flavors say "Spring" to you? Ideas I've had and suggestions I've gotten are: strawberry, lemon, orange, cookies and creme, maple and black walnut (definitely a suggestion, as I don't like maple or walnuts), lavender (a suggestion which intrigues me), as well as my normal chocolate and white chocolate (with and without walnuts) and chocolate mint. The fruit-flavored fudge would likely be "and cream" because there would be a white choc base.

...K!! Yeah I like cold but not so much when it drops below zero.....A 20 degree day out on a lake is nice....I used to love rabbit hunting in the middle of winter. Something special about being in the forest with all the snow and pine trees....

it was pretty common to see big rigs hauling round bales.Yes hay became worth more then gold. The market is just starting to finally recover from that.

Nice walking woods there bit steep though haven't been there in a few years . Yellow Popular and hard woods and your making me think about it ....K!! Raining here and may be a bit of snow this evening. We've got winter the rest of this week and then nice temps this weekend. That will be the third weekend in a row with Spring temps.
