your just making me hungery...I just found out the tavern in town has a special perch basket tonight for$6 gonna go get two of them yum...let me know how that ham turns out. I got to pick up some pork butt tomorrow to mix with venison for sausage......Sounds great. I need to get some pepperoni going. Picnic ham in the smoker. I put it in to cure on December 19th. I was going to smoke it when I got home, but it's gonna be cold. Just hope it finishes before I have to leave in the morning.
