Ugly Cowboy, I have a bag full of green tomatos I brought in before the frost, not knowing what to do with them. I just made a batch according to your recipe for lunch- WOW!

I like to fry them when they are turning from green to yellow.

Just FYI....

you can do the same thing to a red tomato as you do to a green one...
Fry, with recipe given, then dip in ranch...

Famous AMOS in Jacksonville has them on the menu, and they are delish!!
