I'm definitely going to watch this thread! It's so exciting to see the whole process. I only wish we weren't at capacity so I could hatch my own!
I am good at holding to have to live vicariously through the rest of you now. At 27 chickens, (the breakdown is 11 mature hens, two roosters, 3 4-week old chicks, and 11 two day old chicks) I am told that I am at capacity as well. But, incubating eggs, and bringing new chicken life into the world is exciting.

Well in my area, I'm only legally allowed to have four...I have six! :oops:
 
This is awesome! I am setting 42 EE eggs over the course of the next four days in a home built forced air incubator.
I will be making a picture thread for their development. If you want, you can use it for comparison.
