My wellsummers cockerel who is about 2 1/2 months old has frozen feet. They have no heat lamp and I completely forgot that yesterday was going to freeze. Woke up this morning to find my American game hen the same age dead. Then as I was moving the remaining to inside I noticed that the cockerels feet were frozen and really stiff. And I just put them under the heat lamp with food and water so I need help on how do I unfreez his feet? And will this cause nerve damage to the point were i might have to cull him? Any help appreciated thanks

Looks mild if frost bit at all. How is she walking?

Keep that heat lamp well away from the straw. Show a picture where she actually confined to see if there are ways to make so low temperatures not so problematic.

Show picture of dead hen.

I already buried the dead hen and they are in a Guinea pig cage for now until the temps warm up. Will take pics in a bit

Here is how my birds are kept under much colder conditions than your birds experience. Mine so kept are adult American Games in good feather and weight.

Currently ground is covered in snow.
