Fugly Farm

You can grow it here, just keep it away from your flock.

Would they try to eat it? I know that after the monsoon's hit bad, sometimes there is a mosquito explosion. I was wondering about putting some near the coop, maybe in some plant pot's that could be moved.

They might yeah. If you plant in the ground they'd probably live longer but just keep them trimmed back from the pen.

I cleaned out the brooder and when I put the dirt bin back in I sprinkled a little bit of crumble in it to encourage the chicks to check it out. One was running around hollering about being locked in a box and the other was in there scratching the dirt and calling just like a rooster telling the girls about a juicy treat.

How fun! It seems like it's been forever since I've had little chicks running around, I sure enjoy reading about yours IM :D
