Fugly Farm

Jr has chased the young roo quite a bit and I'm wondering if I'll be able to keep 2 boys. They have 11 hens and pullets between them at the moment. Today I've done yard rearrangements and hubs is going to silicone around the edges of the feeders to keep water out so I can put those back out. I'm going to try tossing feed out before opening the coop in the morning so Jr is occupied when the younger guy comes out. We'll see, I might have to make a decision.

I went to fill waterers today and found 2 brown pullet eggs, the 2 lightest weight red girls are laying. The heavies haven't, nore have the 2 Nn pullets.

I hope the boys will be able to get along so you don't have to make that decision.

Thanks, I do too. It's going to be difficult, I like them both. Logically I should keep Jr, but I like the color options from the younger guy.

I have more of the green cowgirl egg's over here, plus Shadow has been laying for awhile now. Shadow has blue feathering, has a fully feathered neck, and lay's a bit smaller egg then the cowgirl does. Shadow's egg's lean a bit more to the bluer shade then the cowgirls.

I have eggs in the incubator already!
