Fugly Farm

I have a missing bantam hen. I've broke her broody 3x this year. I do not want chicks but I'm worried I'll have them in 3 weeks or less. I believe she is under the coop but I can't see her with a flashlight so she must be behind a support post. Its a bad design on my part but I thought I had all the entrances blocked.

Hope you find her Janie, sneaky little lady.

They are sneaky little devils aren’t they? I hope she’s ok, do you keep them in a run or do they free range?

Woo, it is MUGGY out there! Just a few minutes moving around and I get soaked each time. So gross.

The blues are back in the shade garden with access to the whole thing. I need to do something with the door still but it’s blocked for now.

Everyone else is wandering the whole yard rather than sticking to the shrubs for shade. Still cloudy and stuff is dripping, rained again not too long ago and I felt sprinkles here and there.

I had thought they weren't laying well because its so hot but now I think they've been hiding eggs.
Uh oh, that could mean quite a few chicks then if your girl is sitting. At least she’s a bantam, maybe she can’t cover them all 😬
