The blue crew is getting big, but combs and wattles are still babyish. Had to get rid of Phoenix. He was crowing all night and when that didn’t stop after a month I was worried the neighbors would begin to complain. Ducks are doing fine.
Temps are mid 70’s to low 80’s during the day and mid to upper 40’s at night.
You all are right where we are at temps now. Its a relief but its still too warm for this time of year. Honestly though, if not for the plants needing some winter, this would suit me all year long. The blue crew is getting big, but combs and wattles are still babyish. Had to get rid of Phoenix. I bet you’d like these temps, probably more like your normal! I’m sorry about Phoenix too, but it has helped me get closer to the girls. I can treat them and all that without him getting offended. You're finally getting some temps even a sissy like me could tolerate
Glad to hear all are doing well, sorry about Phoenix. Do any of your neighbors have poultry?

There are several roosters that crow within earshot and I’m pretty sure there are a couple houses down the street with hens only. Our governor made it a state law that anyone can keep at least a few.
It is a relief but definitely a lot of variety. We cool to about average and then warm back up, and no rainI do enjoy it and this would be perfect year round, but I’m kinda scared of what next summer is going to be like.
We had our HVAC inspected and cleaned last week and it’s still in good shape but getting old. I want to get out of here before it needs to be replaced.
Hi Shad. Not right this minute, but our temps have been kind of outrageous and I’m afraid it’s only going to get worse so I will be before too long. With or without Igor, his choice. Are you moving IM?
