It is HOT. Daytime temps are 110+ on most days and one of the barred rocks was in a little distress last night. I could see her holding her wings out and she was making some noise. Today I need to water so they’ll have lots of cool mud and I hope they get the hang of the ice pools soon.

I hope they figure it out too. Those temps are brutal. When it's really hot I freeze corn in water, using a silicon baby food freezer tray. Gives the girls a nice treat, keeps them occupied and helps cool them down all at the same time. I freeze them, take them out and store them in a gallon freezer bag, that way you can stockpile with only one mold.
