I had a pair of Golden Polish a few years ago that were brothers, and they were named Darles Chickens (Charles Dickens) and Edgar Allan Crow (Edgar Allan Poe).

Then just for fun, some past birds I've named include- rescue Pickles and his girlfriend Ice Cream. My little hen I have now is named Chicken Hawk, but because as a baby she had an actual mohawk going on.

When I was a kid I had a barred rock named Buckshot. Now I have a flock of barred rocks, including a hen that honks named Scooter, a cockerel lovingly dubbed "The Runt", and a weird looking chicken with a weird sounding name: Qorvo. Our top hen is simply named Number One, and two of her higher in command ladies are Beaks (named after a male model) and Dust Cutter (so named because she cuts the dust)

I resisted Bock and Double Bock.
