I've watched videos, read forums, raised chickens... and I never seem to always determine every chick gender but I think I'm getting better. Who knows. So I would love input. I have 6 chicks that I have adopted. They are approximately 6-7 weeks old. 5 of them are very similar in that they were supposed to be Americaunas but are clearly not pure breed as some have yellow vs grey feet and we don't have cheek puffs or beards at this point. One of those has a brighter comb in comparison to the other 5. So I suspect that is a cockerel. I'm curious about male vs female patterning if anyone has the insight into that. The other suspect is a White Frizzled bantam. He seems to be developing waddles. Im attaching some pics, feel free to comment with your thoughts.
