Resurrecting this, cause im at it again. Here is my first, of what i hope will be more this year, depending on things to happen in the next few weeks. I only was able to save 2 eggs this year due to unfortunate things happening, but i have more fresh ones coming from a friend who has some of my chinese goslings from this spring. Anyway here it is, i think it turned out looking more Easter than anything & im not very happy with it but it will still go on my tree. So far its painted but has no hardware on it yet.

Black electrical tape is my best tool for this. No leaks and stretches with the curves.
Im doing ok, in alot of pain this week. Dr said it could be any day now.

That's good I know your ready. really blk electrical tape and it doesn't leave any marks on the egg? we'll you have a very steady hand and do a wonderful job.

No marks at all. The trick is not to use old tape or let it get hot. I pick up my new eggs tomorrow. Unless i make an early trip to the hospital i should have more made up this week.
