Gosh dang is this a rooster?

Well, I have 3 Jersey Giants. One male, and SUPPOSEDLY 2 hens. They are over a year old.
I noticed the one hen had saddle feathers, it still sounds like a hen, and has NO spurs unlike the obvious male. The comb is small and pink. It NEVER crows, fights, or mounts anyone. It happily follows the obvious male, he even mounts "her" sometimes with no objections.... but today I'm really confused and doubting the gender of this chicken, I can always provide more pictures if needed.

The other hen has the same sized comb and waddles, but no saddle feathers, I don't have pics of her, but I can get some if you want.

Definitely a roo.... probably just acting submissive to the other more dominant roo.

Both are definitely male. He has male hackle and saddle feathers. He's just slower maturing.

She was not cooperating with me, these were the best I got. I can chase her down again though if you can't tell from these photos. If you need a specific angle let me know, I may just have to catch her
