I am sorry your gosling did not make it. Mine is still holding on, now six days after presenting with symptoms. It has a lot of strong but not growing well now. But thats definitely rom not being able to eat as much as a healthy gosling. I have been giving it sav-a-chick probitoics, sav-a-chick electrolyte (which has vit D and vit A), and B complex multivitamins which has 100 MG of niacin. This is all dissolved in water and providing it for all my goslings. They also have starter crumbles, plenty of fresh greens including grasses, white clover, plantain, sweet clover, catnip, chard. Now other gosling has any symptoms so far. I can say even though it is eating and drinking its only really enough to keep it alive, not grow. I have tried to see if it could swim, which it can with me assitsing, but if I let go it flips to the left. It almost seems as if its a contortion, with its neck alsways held a certain way and flipping to the left. I am not sure it is niacin, but really not sure what else it is or if it will ever recover. I wonder if it is just suffering and Im keeping it alive?
