So sorry about #8's passing. Makes me want to find out more about vaccination. Also wonder if her health status rather than her color was the cause of her being rejected by the others. How is the Silver coming along?

pics?
OK, so do you know how to upload videos? to you tube first? x2 re the black ones. BTW, i'm almost finished drafting a message to a well known racer near me to ask about getting some squeakers.Crap, I will take some tonight. I keep taking videos and forget to take pics. You'll love this silver I have. She/he is stunning. Perfect silver bar. I can't wait until her iridescent plumage comes in. I hope nothing happens to her, as I want her to have babies and throw some squabs with the same coloration (acknowledging they could easily be other colors and patterns, of course, just wishful thinking).
If I had my choice and got some more squeakers, I'd love to get some black ones. My guy had a handful of mature ones in his loft, and man are they cool looking.

Sorry to hear #8 passed away. This was just not an infected eye.. there was something more going on with her. Sometimes birds in a coop sense one is sick and they will stay away from the sick bird. Other times they might peck or mount the sick bird. Btw You can sprinkle a little lyme on the floor.
Again sorry for the loss
