I like cukes just sliced into vinegar and a little pepper and water,   plain with salt and pepper,  cuke salad,  dipped in ranch dressing,   as a relish  or just about any way I can get them

I do usually seed them out  and peel them if the skins are tuff or thick
I don't let mine get too big that they are seedy. If one gets missed a couple times while picking I toss it to the chickens. They love them too.

I put dill seed in my recipe.

love dill I put it on zuchnni and grill it with butter, s & P
