LOL!It's supposed to be bloody hot here today.
Oh wait just checked the weather. Only 95°f. Thought they were calling for triple digits.
STILL BLOODY HOT!
Edit. I saw hubs post something on Facebook. He's awake just staying in bed. DISHWASHER IS BEING STARTED MWAHAHHAHAHAHA
What makes that one look fertilized? I'm clueless and don't have roo's?.
So since I'm not sure which pic is which...
I got the tea towel from work yesterday. It's been hanging off the oven since last night. No mention from hubs lol.
It looks like there's some immaculate conception going on with one of my hens! I mean noodlehead is twelve (or thirteen...I just counted I just made a Facebook post on it lol!) weeks, he doesn't actively co mingle with the big girls....how did this happen? Unless that hussy is sneaking out for midnight trysts with the rooster next door...(though neighbor's chickens are pretty locked down so....)

Thank you mutt, love them all. Including the dust mop with a beakThis is a picture of my grandson
Ya'll are beautiful! The pic of gd and gs is stunning. you look WAY young to have g-babies. Thanks for the pics! Your dust mop with a beak is really cute too!
The white spot with the slightly darker yolk around it....I've heard the "bullseye" is a sign of fertilized egg.
What dogs do you have Ol Mare? It's so dry here we don't even have fleas! The lawn rats, (ground squirrels) meet their fate at the property line. We put the long lasting bug killer on the lawn and don't need to use flea treatment. I brought a couple pups in from TX 2 years ago that were LOADED with tick larve. They had erlichia too. I had ticks hatching everywhere. The big dinner was called off - not really all that disappointed, meant I got to come home and put on comfy clothes vs. rushing around like a mad woman.....though it does leave DH and I with about 6 pounds of roast to eat as I had already taken them, 2, out of the freezer to make for dinner tonight. Guess I won't have to cook for a few days (except for DS who is convinced he doesn't like roast beef -- oh well, more for me!). DD's roommate gave her the plague of some sort apparently so she's staying home rather than coming down here to infect the rest of us. I'd almost think she just changed her mind about coming and was making an excuse, but this was her first chance to ride in over three months, so I know she wouldn't miss if she didn't absolutely have to. So, instead of cleaning house (DH decided he wanted to take a nap = no loud cleaning) I am bathing dogs - time for monthly flea treatment anyway so might as well give them a wash before putting it on.
