Thank you wishing, I am a very devoted Nana. I have practically raised this grandchild, but would do it for my 2 gs's as well. This week is the last of the running for a bit. After 2 days each week for the past 2 months for volleyball games I feel like I've got wheels on my butt  :gig Oops messed up where this was supposed to quote.

Sorry granny, that's the shitzs. If it was me I would ice it a couple of times a day, but not longer than 15 mins at a time. Plus wear the splint at night. It will keep your hand flat instead of curling in a ball. Might help with the pain [IMG] :hugs

Edited to add that my daughters Rheumatologist recommended she wear the hand braces at night to help with the pain from her Rheumatoid arthritis. It has helped her, just takes a little to get used to them.

I know I didn't get to all the post, but I must hit the shower, pickup scripts at pharmacy, pickup feed at TSC & then off to the concert. Have a great evening everyone incase I'm too pooped when I get home late tonight to check in.

Thanks chicken lady. I'll be fine. As much pain I've been through over the last several years, this should be a easy. Hope you have a great day! :hugs
